Very high quality product, well-made, and company is fantastic. My order was delayed only a day or two, through no fault of their own (it was a UPS thing), and they included some bonuses in my order even though I didn't feel they had to. Clearly a well-run company, and their products are superb.

I love this machine. It has speed up my production process and made the production of my product much easier. I strongly recommend buying the Manual Capsule Orienter when you buy the machine. I did not and after having to load the capsules manually in the capsule filler the first time I realized I made a big mistake. I immediately ordered the Orienter! The product is well made and very durable.

I love this machine. It has completely changed my production. It saves me so much time by automatically separating joined capsules, and the stainless steel build feels very professional and reliable. The output is impressive and I love that I can change capsule sizes as my business grows. The customer service was fantastic, very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this machine!
