What do the sizes 000-5 mean?

These numbers tell you how much powder or oil your capsules can hold. The larger the number, the smaller the capsule size: Size 000 is the largest capsule size and size 5 is the smallest.

Because each powder has a different density, the amount of powder that can fit in each capsule goes by the powder’s weight. This chart estimates how much powder (in weight) you can fit in each capsule size.

For comparison, at most the largest capsule size, 000, can hold ~1/2 teaspoon of powder or oil. Every capsule size decreases from there. However, one of our Blate Papes can hold much more than the largest capsule, if needed!

What is a Blate Pape and why do I get free samples with my order?

Blate Papes are thin gel films made of only potato starch and water. Similar to a capsule, they allow you to swallow powdered herbs and supplements without tasting anything.

The difference is in capacity, ease of use, and ease of swallowing. Blate Papes allow you to take and swallow multiple grams of powder at once, while capsules can only hold at most 1 gram of powder. How? When dipped in water, Blate Papes soak into a gel around your powder. This makes the powder soft and delicate, which allows you to easily swallow it at once without tasting anything. It breaks apart instantly in your stomach, so anything you take will kick in about 15-20 minutes faster than with capsules. Blate Papes aren’t meant to replace capsules, but rather they both work better for certain powders or scenarios. It all depends on the needs of the user. For example, kratom users tend to find Blate Papes to be extremely useful, as they have to take 2+ grams at a time, they want it to kick in sooner, and it really tastes bad without them!

Which size do most people buy?

Size 00 is the most common capsule size ordered, followed by size 0. You can fit between 1/2 to 3/4ths a gram of powder into one size 00 capsule, and up to a half gram into a size 0.

Great to have around for when you need them

There are many herbs and supplements that come as powders and are difficult to consume with water or other ways. Capsules like this help to get beneficial nutrients in an easy way. These capsules have worked well and been reliable for me to help me take things like Ashwagandha. The size is nice because it is bigger and fits more powder per capsule.

Great Bovine Gelatin Capsules

These empty capsules are working great for me. I like to fill my own frequently because it saves me money in the long run and I can control what ingredients I am ingesting. The capsules are easy to fill either using a capsule filling machine or just by scooping up powder with them and sealing them up. The two sides have a nice fit so they stay closed. This is a good size for many basic supplement powders and they are easy to swallow.

Plenty to use

These caps make it easy for me to take some of the healthy wellness "foods" that don't taste so pleasant.¬†This is an awesome value given the amount the capsules provided in this pouch. I'm happy to be able to focus on my health goals without any difficulty to taste now. It helps that these caps come in a large size, so I can pack in more and not have to take so much time to fill the caps. I Will say that the tint that these Have is a little off pudding? I would rather them to be totally clear. As stated in the description, but they still do the function that they're made for.
