How to Use the Capsule Size Calculator
Supplies Needed:
- Your Supplement Powder – The powder being put into capsules.
- Tablespoon or Measuring Cup – Any volume-measuring device will work.
- Digital Scale – For a tablespoon or larger, 0.1g to 0.01g readability will work. For smaller than a teaspoon, use a 0.01g (10 mg) or 0.001g (1 mg) scale for accurate results. This Digital Powder Scale works well for most users.

Steps:
- Pack your powder into the measuring device as tightly and level as possible.
- Weigh that powder on the scale.
- Select your measuring device, enter the weight, then hit “Calculate.” You can enter weight in g, kg, mg, oz, or lb and a custom volume in ml, L, fl-oz, or cups.
That’s it! Results can vary ±10 mg or more depending on technique and the scale used.
